Dr Oz 9/21/11: Andrew Weil And Deepak Chopra Holistic Health Guide. Dr Oz’s Show upon September 21 Next year will feature Medical professional Andrew Weil and Deepak Chopra, in the show called “A How-To Self-help guide to Holistic Health: Everything you should Know From Andrew Weil and Deepak Chopra.” Doctor Oz boasts that this will be the merely guide you will ever need to Holistic health. They will probably discuss what to take in according to the Holistic Wellbeing way of living. Some of the objects on the Anti-Inflammatory Food Self serve buffet include Black Call of duty, berries, bok choy and ginger. Dr Weil said that one of them even has more omega 3′s than salmon, well, i bet the food they are talking about is the Dark-colored Cod! I did a bit of research and found that Black Cod is described to have 50% more omega 3′s than the average trout.
